This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of MCB Bank Limited (the "Bank") will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at 03:00 PM, at 9t^Floor, MCB House, 15-Main Gulberg, Lahore, Pakistan/ via zoom. The purpose of this meeting is to consider and approve the Bank's Strategic Business Plan 2026-2028 including Annual Budget of the Bank for the Year 2026, along with allied agenda items.
The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from December 04, 2025 to December 11, 2025 as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, Directors, CEO and Executives are not allowed to directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Bank in any manner during the Closed Period.
You are requested to inform the TRE Certificate Holders of Stock Exchange accordingly.
