This Is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of MCB Bank Limited (the "Bank") is scheduled to be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 11:30 A.M. (PST), at 9'h Floor, MCB House, 15-Main Gulberg, Lahore, Pakistan/ via zoom. Along with allied agenda, the purpose of this meeting is also to consider and approve the First Quarterly Financial Statements of the Bank for the period ended March 31, 2026, for declaration of any entitlement.
The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from April 16, 2026 to April Z3, 2026 as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, Directors, CEO and Executives are not allowed to directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Bank in any manner during the Closed Period.
