Becoming Chairwoman of mBank's Supervisory Board is both an honor and a great responsibility for me. Over the past six years, I have had the opportunity to get to know the bank, its people, and its unique organizational culture. mBank has strong foundations, and its newly implemented strategy, 'Full Speed Ahead!' for 2026-2030, sets an ambitious direction for growth based on technological innovation, stronger customer relationships, and responsible risk management. In my new role, I will focus on effective oversight of the strategy's execution and on continuing to build long-term value for customers, shareholders, and employees. At the same time, I would like to thank Agnieszka Słomka-Gołębiowska for her many years of commitment and valuable contribution to the work of the Supervisory Board and to the development of mBank - said Aleksandra Gren.
Aleksandra Gren will assume the role of Chairwoman of mBank's Supervisory Board on 1 November 2026. The appointment was made on 3 September 2026 and follows the resignation of Agnieszka Słomka-Gołębiowska.
