On the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee & Audit Committee, appointment of Mr. Santosh G. Doke as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from July 24, 2026. Mr. Santosh G. Doke has been appointed in terms of the applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013, and Listing Regulations.
