(registered seat: Ferenca Bodrogvarija 172, Subotica 24000, Serbia) merges into Masterplast YU d.o.o. (registered seat: Ferenca Bodrogvarija 172, Subotica 24000, Serbia), also wholly owned by the Company. The Company hereby informs the honourable Investors that the merger process has been completed and the merger has been registered in the Serbian company register by the Serbian Business Registers Agency (ARP).
