(the "Company") hereby announces that it has resolved at its Board of Directors meeting held on November 11, 2025, to establish a limit for the acquisition of treasury stock in accordance with the provision of Article 156 of the Companies Act as applied pursuant to Article 165, Paragraph 3 of the same act, as follows. Reason for purchase of treasury stock The Company has a policy of flexibly acquiring treasury stock to enhance capital efficiency and shareholder value while comprehensively taking into account factors such as the optimal capital structure, financial position, stock price level. Through May 15, 2026, the Company has set a 20 billion yen buyback limit in order to respond to the case where future profitability is not fully factored into the stock price.
