March covenant test waived; Future covenants to be reset
Videndum plc (the "Company") confirms that the March 2025 covenant test has been waived, and the Company expects to reset all future covenant tests ahead of announcing its results for FY24 at the end of April 2025.
The work required to refinance the Revolving Credit Facility, set to expire in August 2026, continues and our lending banks remain supportive of the Company.
