BOOK CLOSURE NOTICE:-
The Share Transfer Books of Ordinary Shares of the Company will remain Closed from 21.10.2025 to 28.10.2025 (Both Days Inclusive) for entitlement of NIL% Final Cash Dividend [i.e. Rs.NlLL/- Per Ordinary Share] & attending of Annual General Meeting. Physical transfers / CDC Transaction IDs received in order upto 5:00 p.m on 20.10.2025 at the Share Regisrars, M/s HM Associates, 7-Bank Square, Lahore will be treated in time for the purpose of above entitlement to the transferees.
