GadInvest A/S thereafter holds 1,209,032 shares with a nominal value of DKK 2.00 each in SP Group A/S, equivalent to 9.99% of the share capital, and Frank Gad and his related parties together hold 9.99% of the share capital. Frank Gad was CEO of SP Group A/S from 2004 until August 2024, when he retired and stepped down from the company's management.
