Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI(Listing regulations and disclosure requirements), 2015 we hereby inform you that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on 1 september 2026, approve the appointment of M/s Vivek Agrawal & Co. as the cost auditor of the company for the financial year 2026-27.
