We have to inform you that the Board of Directors of Mahmood Textile Mills Limited in their meeting held today, the 06'H October, 2025 at 11.00 A.M., at Mehr Manzil, Lohari Gate, Multan have recommended the following :-
Cash Dividend NIL
Bonus Issue NIL
Right Shares NIL
Any other Entitlement / corporate Action: NIL The Financial Results of the Company are attached.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 28'h October, 2025 at 11.00 A.M., at its Registered Office, Mehr Manzil, Lohari Gate, Multan.
The Share transfer book of the company will be closed from 21.10.2025 to 28. T0.2025 (both days inclusive). The transfer received at the Share Registrar Office, Hameed Majeed Associates (Pvt) Limited, 7 Bank Square, Lahore at the close of the business on 20.10.2025 at 5.00 P.M will be treated in time for determination of entitlement of Shareholders to attend and vote at AGM.
The Annual Report of the Company will be transmitted through PUCARS at- least 21 drays before holding of Annual General Meeting.
