With reference to the Board meeting other than financial results held on February 09-,2026 at
11.00 AM, the Board of Directors has decided the following:
Election / Appointment of Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and re-constitution of the Board Commitfees.
It is intimated that Khawaja Muhammad llyas has been re-elected as Chairman of the Company with effect from February 9,2026 fora term of three years.
Further, Mr. Muhammad Anees has been re-appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from February 9,2026 fora term of three years.
