(" Steri-Med "), as previously announced in the Corporation's news release dated April 30, 2026. Steri-Med Manufacturing Operations Grant of Compensation Stock Options LSL Pharma announced today that it has granted an aggregate of 1,175,000 stock options (" Options ") to certain executives and employees, as part of their compensation. The Options have an exercise price of CAD $0.315 per share and are exercisable for a period of ten (10) years from the date of grant. Options granted to executives and employees vest over three (3) years. The Options were granted in accordance with the Corporation's Stock Option Plan. All of the Options (and any Common Shares issuable upon exercise or settlement thereof) will be subject to a four-month hold period pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and applicable securities law.
