Right Shares Subscription Status

Dear Sir,

1. In compliance with Clause 7 of Annexure-II of the "Procedure to be Complied with for Right Shares" as communicated vide PSX letter No. PSX/C-1180-1682 dated September 15, 2025, we are pleased to inform you that the 11.14% Right Issue of LSE Ventures Limited ("the Company"), amounting to Rs. 200,000,000, has been successfully subscribed.

2. In this regard, the Bankers to the Issue and the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) have confirmed receipt of the full subscription amount of Rs. 200,000,000/-against the right shares' subscription.

3. The Auditors' Certificate confirming receipt of the subscription proceeds shall be submitted in due course, upon which the Company shall apply for the requisite No Objection Certificate (NOC) for release of the funds.
