Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that LSE Financial Services Limited ("the Company") intends to place a resolution through circulation before the Board of Directors for consideration of certain business matters containing price-sensitive information.
The Company has declared a "Closed Period" from May 13, 2026 till the communication of the decision to the Exchange, as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
