Rome (Italy) , 13 December 2024 - Lottomatica Group S.p.A. hereby announces that Catherine Guillouard, already a director, in order to maintain the level of oversight ensured to date, was appointed today as a member of the Control and Risk Committee by the Board of Directors, after consulting with the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, to replace John P.M. Bowtell, who resigned due to taking on additional duties outside the group. John P.M. Bowtell remains as a member of the Board of Directors of Lottomatica Group S.p.A..
