(TSX.V: LMR) ("Lomiko" or the "Company") today announced the departure of Robert Boisjoli as the Company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective April 10, 2026. To ensure continuity, Belinda Labatte, Executive Chair of the Board of Directors, has been appointed interim CFO while the Company conducts a search for a permanent replacement. About Lomiko Metals The Company holds mineral interests in its advanced La Loutre graphite development in southern Quebec. The La Loutre project site is within the Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg (KZA) First Nation's territory, which is situated within the Outaouais and Laurentides regions. Located 180 kilometers northwest of Montreal, the property consists of a single large, continuous block comprising 76 mineral claims totaling 4,528 hectares (45.3 km2).
