This is to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited (The Exchange of NGX) and members of the public, particularly the shareholders of LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc (the Bank) that the Bank missed the deadline for the publication of the 2025 Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 (2025 AFS). In addition, the 1st quarter Unaudited Financial Statement for the period 31 March 2026 (Q1-2026 UFS) has also not been filed because NGX rule requires, that the full year audited account of the previous financial year must be filed prior to the filing of the 1st quarter account of the following year.
Sequel to the earlier approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission extending the publication of the 2025 AFS till 30th of April, 2026; the Commission has graciously granted further extension to allow the publication of the 2025 AFS and the Q1-2026 UFS upon receipt of the requisite regulatory approval.
The Bank looks forward to filing and publishing the 2025 AFS and the Q1 - 2026 UFS by 31st of May, 2026.
