EXTENSION OF TIME IN RESPECT OF FILING AND PUBLICATION OF THE 2025 AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS- LIVINGTRUST MORTGAGE BANK PLC
This is to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited (The Excnange) and members of tne public, particularly the shareholoers of LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc (tne Bank) that tne Bank has missed the deadline for the publication of the 2025 Auaitea Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2025 (2025 AFS), witnin the regulatory oue date of 31 March 2026. Please note that the Bank has already obtainea the approval of tne Securities ana Exchange Commission for an extension of time witnin which to file ono publish its 2025 AFS, on or before the 30'h of April, 2026.
As part of financial systems strengthening, the Bank has been under an unscheduled regulatory special examination for an extender period of time, wnich coincided witn tne Bank's audit timeline. Asa result of this, the audit process nos experienced some unforeseen aelays and the Bank is working assiduously to complete the process in the coming days.
The Bank looks forward to filing and publishing tne 2025 AFS on or before the 30'h of April,
2026.
