In line with his employment agreement, Mr Barden has provided 3 months' notice which will be effective from 23 June 2023 . As a consequence of his resignation, Mr Barden has been placed on garden leave as CEO and managing director. Mr Barden has notified the company of his resignation as a director on the board, effective 23 June 2023 . The board thanks Mr Barden for his contribution to the company over the last 10 months. Lincoln Minerals will immediately commence a search for his replacement.
