Leone Asset Management Announces DTC Approval
DTC Eligibility Represents an Important Step in Strengthening the Company's U.S. Market Infrastructure and Supporting Future Corporate Growth
TAMPA, FLORIDA — September 3, 2026 — Leone Asset Management, Inc. (OTC: LEON) today announced that the Company has received approval for its common stock to become eligible for electronic clearing and settlement through The Depository Trust Company ("DTC").
DTC eligibility represents an important corporate milestone for Leone Asset Management as the Company continues strengthening its U.S. corporate and capital-markets infrastructure while advancing its growing portfolio of development interests in Sierra Leone.
DTC provides electronic clearing, settlement and depository services for securities traded in the United States. Eligibility can facilitate the electronic transfer and settlement of a company's shares among participating broker-dealers and financial institutions and reduce reliance on physical stock certificates.
James Price, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Leone Asset Management, commented:
"Receiving DTC approval is another important step in the continued development of Leone Asset Management. We have spent considerable time strengthening both the corporate foundation of Leone and the underlying development platform we are building in Sierra Leone."
"Our objective is to build the Company by deliberately improving our market infrastructure in the United States while simultaneously advancing tangible projects, strategic relationships and long-term assets in Sierra Leone. DTC eligibility strengthens that foundation as we move into the next stage of our development."
