Legend Internet Plc ("the Company") hereby notifies Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), its esteemed shareholders, and the investing public that the Company has recently been assigned a credit rating by Agusto & Co. Limited, its appointed rating agency.
Following the rating assessment, Agusto & Co. assigned a "Bbb-" (Long-Term) rating and an "A3" (Short-Term) rating to the Company. This rating reflects the Company's satisfactory financial condition, operational performance, and capacity to meet its financial obligations as and when due.
