LAVVI LAUNCHES WONDER IPIRANGA
THE COMPANY SURPASSES R$1 BILLION IN LAUNCHES YTD
São Paulo, September 2, 2021 - Lavvi Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A. (B3: LAVV3), announces the launch of Wonder Ipiranga, in Ipiranga region, São Paulo city. The project has 576 units, including residential units of 75 sqm to 127 sqm, and studios which may vary from 28 sqm to 36 sqm. Located 100 meters from Sacomã station, the project offers a complete leisure area and club structure to residents.
With a gross PSV of R$331 million, R$272 million net of swaps, Wonder Ipiranga was the second launch of the year. Therefore, the PSV launched totaled R$1 billion YTD, twice the volume launched in 2020.
As historically in Lavvi's products, the project reported great sales performance: 32% of units were sold in the first days of sales stand opening.
