LAVVI LAUNCHES HIGH WONDER
FIRST LAUNCH OF 2022, THE PROJECT'S TOTAL PSV IS R$230 MILLION
São Paulo, March 16, 2022 - Lavvi Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A. (B3: LAVV3), announces the launch of High Wonder, in São Paulo city. With 258 units, from 25 sqm, 111 sqm and 126 sqm. The highest building in the region - 43 floors - High Wonder is located 500 meters away from Brás station, and it will be one more phase of Lavvi's Praça da Cidade, which already counted with the successfull projects Praça Piratininga, Praça Mooca and Wonder by Praças da Cidade.
With a PSV of R$230 million, net of swaps, High Wonder was the first launch of the year, with 50% of units sold less than one month of sales stand opening.
