      As for the consolidated operating results, ordinary income increased by 31,338 million yen year-on-year to 160,585 million yen, due to an increase in fund management income, mainly from an increase in interest on loans and bills discounted, as well as an increase in other ordinary income, primarily from gains on the sale of stocks and other securities. Ordinary expenses increased

      by 21,921 million yen year-on-year to 105,811 million yen, due to an increase in funding costs, primarily from an increase in deposit interest, and an increase in other operating expenses, mainly from losses on the sale of government and other bonds.

      As a result, ordinary profit increased by 9,417 million yen year-on-year to 54,773 million yen and net income attributable to owners of the parent increased by 6,753 million yen year-on-year to 39,178 million yen.

    2. Overview of Financial Position for Nine Months Ended December 31, 2025

      As for the consolidated financial position, deposits and negotiable certificates of deposit increased 33.7 billion yen from the end of the previous fiscal year to 9,605.7 billion yen, and loans and bills discounted increased 295.0 billion yen from the end of the previous fiscal year to 7,563.3 billion yen. Securities increased by 10.2 billion yen from the end of the previous fiscal year to 3,315.0 billion yen, of which valuation differences (unrealized gains) resulting from mark-to-market accounting amounted to

      960.6 billion yen.

      Total assets decreased 151.8 billion yen from the end of the previous fiscal year to 12,009.3 billion yen, and net assets increased

      99.0 billion yen from the end of the previous fiscal year to 1,182.2 billion yen.
