Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we here by inform you that Company had allotted 16,00,000 (Sixteen Lakh) fully Convertible Warrant on Preferential basis to Non Promoter Allottees. Out of total warrants 12,50,000 (Twelve Lakhs Fifty Thousand) warrants have been converted into equity shares and remaining 2,50,000 (Two Lakh Fifty Thousand) stands forfeited due to non conversion of warrants. Therefore, the Upfront amount received at the time of allotment stands forfeited by the Company.
