For this General Meeting of Shareholders, paper-based documents stating Matters Subject to Measures for Electronic Provision will be delivered to all shareholders regardless of whether they have made a request for delivery or not. Please note that the Company does not include the "Notes to Consolidated Financial Statements" and the "Notes to Non-Consolidated Financial Statements" in the paper-based notice of the meeting delivered to shareholders since it posts such information on the website of the Company and the website of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) as provided for by the provisions of laws and regulations and Article 16 of the Articles of Incorporation.
