Subject: Notice of Book Closure for Sub-Division of Shares

Reference to our earlier Letter No. KCCL/TCL/25/26 dated July 10, 2025 and Letter No. KCC L/TCL/25 28 dated August 7, 2025; in order to determine the entitlements for the issuance ot' sub-divided shares, the share transfer books of the Company will remain closed on Saturday, August 23a 2025. The shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as of Friday, Augusi 22, 2025 (the entitlement date) will be entitled to receive the five (5) ordinary shares of Rs.2/- each against one (1) ordinary share of Rs. 10 held as on the entitlement date.
All the existing physical share certificates shall stand cancelled as of August 22, 2025; accordingly, the shareholders holding shares in physical form are requested to surrender their original share certificate(s), along with duly verified transfer deed(s) and a certified copy of the ir CNIC, to the Company's Share Registrar, Hameed Majeed Associates (Private) Limited, £f.M. House, 7-Bank Square, Lahore, afier the entitlement date, for issuance of new share certificate(s). ^
Copies of the advertisement to be published in this regard in "Business Recorder" and the "Nawa-e-Waqt" on August 12, 2025 are enclosed herewith for your information and record.
