Members of the Company are hereby notified, pursuant to Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017 that the following persons have filed with the Company, notices of their intention to contest the election of Directors in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Saturday June 28, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Registered office of the Company situated at Kohat Cement Factory, Rawalpind Road, Kohat. ,

Since the number of persons who have offered themselves for election are equal to the number of directors fixed by the Board of Directors under Section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017 therefore, the above Eight (8) contestants are deemed to be elected Directors (unopposed) at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting.
