The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Promoters, Directors, Designated Persons and immediate relative of designated persons with effect from 1st July, 2026 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st quarter and three months ended 30th June, 2026.
