Please find enclosed herewith the disclosure under Regulation 30, with reference to the outcome of the Board Meeting dated 25th May, 2026, alongwith the intimation received by the Company vide email dated 11th June, 2026 from Ms. Monika Singh, wherein she has expressed her inability to join the Company. Accordingly, Ms. Monika Singh will not assume the position of Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company, nor the position of Nodal Officer, with effect from 1st July, 2026.
