KITZ Corporation is pleased to announce the name change of its Indian Group company, Micro Pneumatics Private Limited (hereinafter “MICRO”), to KITZ India Private Limited (hereinafter “KITZ India”), effective December 13, 2025. As KITZ Group continues to expand its business presence in the Indian market, KITZ India will serve as the core entity to further strengthen our production and sales structure and accelerate business growth in the region.
■ Background of the Name Change
Under our Second Medium-term Plan, KITZ has positioned the Indian market as a key strategic region and has been actively pursuing business expansion, including mergers and acquisitions. In recent years, the KITZ Group’s footprint in India has grown significantly. Including Horizon Polymer Engineering Private Limited, which is scheduled for acquisition completion in 2026, the Group will comprise 4 companies with 9 manufacturing and sales bases.
Since joining the KITZ Group in 2015, MICRO has steadily expanded its business and played an important role in the growth of the Indian market. With this name change, KITZ India will take on a central role in overseeing our regional Group companies and drive area-specific strategies to enhance competitiveness, while boosting KITZ Group’s presence in India.

KITZ India will serve as the hub for integrating manufacturing and sales networks across major industrial areas in India, enhancing our ability to serve not only the fine chemicals industry but also a wide range of sectors. We will further strengthen fully localized business operations to deliver strategies tailored to the needs of the Indian market. In addition, we will continue to explore opportunities for strategic M&A that contribute to business growth and synergy creation.
