This is to inform you that the Company has subscribed 85,966 equity shares of Greshma Finvest Private Limited ("GFPL") aggregate to 0.68% (Zero point six eight percent) of the post issue paid up equity share capital in Greshma Finvest Private Limited a Company Incorporated in India, for a total consideration (i.e. towards acquisition) not exceeding INR 11,86,33,080 (Indian Rupees Eleven Crores Eighty six Lakhs Thirty Three Thousand Eighty Only) by way of subscription on 30th September, 2026.
