With reference to above captioned subject, please find enclosed Newspaper Advertisement published in Business Standard "English-All India Edition" and Ekdin "Bengali Edition" on Friday, July 10, 2026 as required to be given under Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, indicating the proposed transfer of equity shares to IEPF Authority of such shareholders who have not claimed the dividend amount payable to them, since last seven consecutive years commencing from the date of declaration of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2018-19.
