5.Cause of occurrence:
(1)In accordance with a resolution proposed by Board in a meeting
held on 2022/02/15 and approved by Shareholders in the annual
general meeting held on 2022/05/27, the Company shall execute
2022 restricted stocks plan in total volume of 5,400,000 shares.
The issuance is approved by Financial Supervisory Commission
("FSC") on 2022/06/23 in an FSC's letter numbered 1110347163
at unit share price of NT$85.6.
(2)The Board meeting on 2022/07/25 resolves to issue 2,062,500
restricted shares with the record date of issuance on 2022/08/19.
The chairman is authorized to reschedule the record date and handle
any other relevant issues, if deemed necessary.
