The 145th AGM of the Members of Kemp & Company Limited ('the Company') is scheduled to be held on Friday, 11th September, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. IST through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'). Pursuant to Regulation 34 and Regulation 36 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith electronic copy of the Notice of the 145th AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 ('Annual Report'), being sent today i.e. 18th August, 2026 by email to those Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depository Participant(s). The requirements of sending physical copy of the Notice of the AGM and Annual Report to the Members have been dispensed with vide MCA Circular/s and SEBI Circular. The Notice of the 145th AGM and the Annual Report are also being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.kempnco.com.
