Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015 we wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. on 5th August, 2025 has approved the appointment of Mr. Prateek Diwan (DIN: 11206865) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) w.e.f. 5th August,2025 not liable to retire by rotation for a first term of Five (5) consecutive years, subject to approval by the members of the Company.
