KBank continues to support customers by reducing lending interest rates to help economic recovery, effective 2 March 2026.

Mr. Chongrak Rattanapian, KBank's President, stated that the recent resolution of the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) to reduce the policy interest rate by 0.25% per annum, from 1.25% to 1.00% per annum, aims to support Thailand's economic recovery, which continues to expand below potential and remains uneven across several sectors. In particular, the export and manufacturing sectors continue to face significant pressures from intensifying global competition, alongside domestic structural challenges that continue to weigh on purchasing power.

KBank stands ready to comply with the MPC's resolution to help stimulate economic recovery and to support customers in operating their businesses and managing their finances appropriately during this challenging period.

To ensure effective transmission of monetary policy and to help ease customers' financial burdens, KBank announces a reduction in lending interest rates, effective 2 March 2026. Details are as follows

  • Minimum Loan Rate (MLR): Reduced to 6.52%

  • Minimum Overdraft Rate (MOR): Reduced to 6.34%

  • Minimum Retail Rate (MRR): Reduced to 6.58%

This rate reduction reflects the Bank's commitment to standing alongside all customer segments-including large corporates, SMEs, and retail customers-by helping to lower financial costs, strengthen liquidity, and enhance flexibility in cash flow management. This support is particularly important during a period when the recovery of certain sectors remains uneven and uncertainties persist. This measure also serves as a key mechanism to reinforce a stable economic rebound, build confidence among businesses and consumers, and lay the foundation for sustainable growth going forward.

KBank will continue to closely monitor economic developments and remains committed to supporting the broader economy while providing comprehensive assistance to customers. For customers facing financial challenges or impacted by current economic conditions, the Bank stands ready to listen and consider appropriate relief measures. Customers may contact the Bank through any available service channels at any time. KBank remains committed to helping all stakeholders navigate this period with stability and resilience.
