According to the Warrant (KWM-W1) which K.W. Metal Work Public Company Limited ("the Company") has issued and allocated the Warrants to Purchase Newly Issued Ordinary Shares of the Company No.1 (KWM- W1) ("KWM-W1 Warrants") 139,998,338 units to the existing shareholders of the Company proportionately to their respective shareholdings (Right Offering). The exercise ratio of the Warrants is 1 unit of the warrants to 1 newly issued ordinary shares of the Company at the exercise price of Baht 1.50 per share. The first exercise period was on January 4, 2022, which there were warrant holders who exercised their rights to purchase ordinary shares of the Company, resulted to the total funds received of Baht 77.90 million.
The Company would like to inform that the Company had used the proceed during January 4, 2022, to June 30, 2022, for working capital of Baht 36 million. Therefore, the Company had the ending balance as of June 30, 2022, in the amounting to Baht 41.90 million as shown in the table below.
