JSP : Notice Regarding Company Name Changes of GHEPI and HAPP GmbH

JSP Corporation (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President: Tomohiko Okubo) hereby announces that it has changed the company names of its consolidated subsidiaries GHEPI

S.r.l. (Italy, hereinafter "GHEPI") and HAPP GmbH (Germany, hereinafter "HAPP").

1. Details of the Name Changes

   Please note that these changes are limited to the company names only and are not the result of a merger or any other form of corporate reorganization.

   In addition, there will be no changes to their locations, business activities, or contractual relationships. Existing transactions and the provision of services will continue without any impact.

2. Purpose of the Name Changes

   Under its long-term vision "VISION2027," the JSP Group has positioned the expansion of new business domains as a key management theme, and within this framework, the injection moulding business has been identified as one of its strategic fields.

   Following the acquisition of GHEPI and HAPP as wholly owned subsidiaries, the JSP Group has positioned both companies as core bases of its injection moulding business. By renaming the companies as "JSP Injection Moulding Solutions", the Group aims to strengthen the sense of unity within the JSP Group and to clearly communicate its business policy.

   Leveraging the technological capabilities and sales networks of both companies to the fullest, the JSP Group will work to enhance the overall corporate value.
