This is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of JS Global Capital Limited ("the Company") willbe heldonFriday, February 20, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (PST) at, 18* Floor, The Center, Plot No. 28, SB-5, Abdullah Haroon Road, Saddar, Karachi, to consider and approve the audited annual financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2025.
The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from February 14, 2026 to February 20, 2026 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO, or Execuave shall directly / indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
