Entertainment Arts Research, inc. announces new officer appointments
Atlanta, August 12, 2009:
Entertainment Arts Research, Inc. announces theselection of Jonathan Eubanks, a current board member, as its President. Mr.
Eubanks had been President of Strait Gate Games, Inc and with the acquisition
of four of the games in development from Strait Gate Games, Mr. Eubanks
agreed to join the management team of Entertainment Arts Research, Inc as a
full time president and board member.
Joseph Saulter, also a full time member of the management team remains as
chairman of the board and CEO. Mr. Saulter states”with Jonathan as our
president, the Company will be able to enter, in a much larger way, the internet
applications of our projects, and international markets that have been
established by him.”
Dr. David F. Hostelley, CPA remains as CFO on a full-time basis. He also serves as
a board member.
The Company also announces that it will continue the office formerly held by
Strait Gate Games, Inc. in Los Angeles, California.
