This is in furtherance to our letter dated June 24, 2025 informing about the closure of the trading window of the Company for dealing in equity shares of the Company closed from July 1, 2025. Please note that the trading window will remain closed till July 31, 2025 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the conclusion of the meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled on July 29, 2025.
