This is in furtherance to our letter dated December 25, 2024 informing the about the closure of trading window of the Company for dealing in the equity shares of the Company closed from January 1, 2025.Please note that the trading window will remain closed till February 22, 2025 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the conclusion of the meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled on February 20, 2025.
