We hereby inform that, out of the First and Final Call Notice sent for 2,56,00,000 partly paidupequity shares, the Company has received payment of call money in respect of 2,39,84,411partly paid-up equity shares only. The Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors, atits meeting held today, approved the conversion of these 2,39,84.411 partly paid-up equityshares into fully paid-up equity shares of the Company upon receipt of the final call money.
