To take note of the non-convening of the Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 15, July 2026.2. To consider and approve making an application to the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur under Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 for extension of time for holding the Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.3.
