(1)For the new shares issued by capitalization of earnings on this occasion,
the application was approved by the Financial Supervision Commission of
the Executive Yuan and became effective on July 21, 2022.
(2)The chairperson is authorized to adjust the shareholding ratio if the
number of shares outstanding is affected by subsequent changes in
subjective or objective circumstances.
(3)The new shares issued by capitalization of earnings will be delivered
through non-physical book entry within the 30 days from the date of
authority's approval of change registration.
