As per amended provisions of SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulation 2015 and subsequent clarifications issued by BSE Ltd. vide their Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dt. 2nd April, 2019, regarding trading restriction period, this is to inform you that the trading window for Connected/Designated persons/Insiders and their immediate relatives covered under the Code of Conduct shall remain closed from 1st July, 2026 till 48 hours of declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th June,2026.
