This is to inform you that Regulation 24A of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015, read with Regulation 15 of SEBI(LODR) Regulation 2015, is not applicable to the company as the Equity Share Capital of the company does not exceed Rs. 10 Crore and the Net worth of the company does not exceed 25 Crore as per latest Audited Balance Sheet as prescribed under Regulation.Consequently, the provision of regulation 24A regarding submission of Annual Secretarial Compliance report is not applicable to our company .
