To consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter Ended on 30th June, 2026.2. To fix date and time for conducting the AGM of the Company through video conferencing (VC)/other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2026;3. To approve the draft notice for calling 46th Annual General Meeting;4. To approve the draft of Directors' Report along with its Annexures for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2026;5. To fix book closure schedule and E-voting schedule for ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.6. To consider and approve appointment of Scrutinizer to scrutinize the entire e-voting process .7. Such other agendas as may be considered.
